Hi, we’re Chris & Max – the founders of KS Stays.

Alongside our regular jobs, we decided to take the leap and start our own small business: the Knaub & Schröer GbR.
What began as a simple idea (“Why not create the kind of holiday apartments we’d love to stay in ourselves?”) has become our passion project. We put a lot of time, energy, and dedication into offering our guests in Bielefeld a true home away from home.
Our mission: comfort like home, at fair prices, with real flexibility. It’s not about growing fast, but about building something sustainable – step by step, with quality and a personal touch.
Right now, we offer two modern apartments, but our long-term goal is to manage 50+ holiday rentals in Bielefeld and beyond. Until then, we’re focused on every detail to make sure you feel completely at ease during your stay.
